Due to the digital and educational nature of ALM programs, all sales are final.

• Digital educational content cannot be returned.

• Access constitutes fulfillment of the purchase.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind

Exceptions may be considered only where verified technical malfunction prevented access.

Live Seminar Participation & Liability Waiver

Live Events & In Person Participation

By registering for or attending any live seminar, workshop, retreat, or in-person event hosted by Academia Lux Mentis (“Live Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in any Live Event is voluntary. You assume full responsibility for your participation and conduct during the event.

​

2. Assumption of Risk

​

You acknowledge that attendance at a Live Event may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

​

• Physical movement within event venues

• Travel to and from event locations

• Interaction with other participants

• Emotional or intellectual challenge from subject matter

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

​

3. Release of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless:

from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising out of or related to:

Live Events are educational in nature. They do not constitute:

• Legal advice

• Medical advice

• Psychological counseling

• Financial advice

You agree to seek appropriate licensed professionals for specific needs.

5. Conduct & Removal

​

ALM reserves the right to remove any participant from a Live Event without refund if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates Community Guidelines.

6. Media & Recording Consent 

​

Live Events may be recorded or photographed for promotional or archival purposes.

By attending, you grant Rivercrest Holdings Inc. the right to use event recordings or images that may include your likeness, unless you provide written notice prior to the event.

7. Event Changes & Force Majeure

​

ALM reserves the right to:

​

• Modify schedules

• Change speakers

• Change venues

• Convert to virtual format

• Cancel due to circumstances beyond reasonable control in cases of cancellation, remedies will be limited to refund of the event registration fee.
